The Client Problem:
 
  Due to some recent acquisitions, the Client was going through a rapid growth phase, and the environment was changing rapidly. The merger of the companies meant a consolidation and conversion of customer billing and financial data systems from one source system to a target system. A long list of issues arose for both integration and conversion items, and problem logs required monitoring and regular maintenance.
 
 

The BICS Solution:
 
  BICS was contracted at the Project Capability stage to develop the project plan, convert the data and manage the manual conversion of the data. With their extensive experience and proven conversion methodology, a detailed project plan was easily and quickly developed. During the Project Execution phase daily management, weekly stakeholder review, and strict change control processes ensured that the project stayed on time and on budget. These controls also ensured that issues were resolved in a timely manner and that there was accountability for the resolutions.
